The Marketing Manager is the key person responsible for tactical pricing, planning, and communications for marketing initiatives to drive retail and billing results for the Massy reputed company Hay & Forage line. This role is also responsible for representing reputed company America in setting the strategic direction for the product lines in support of Product Management and the AMPIP process. The candidate will be considered the expert in their area of specialization; others will come to this individual for their reputed company-of-view, analysis, and collaboration.        

Your Impact

• Work with the senior marketing manager to reputed company programs and initiatives that reputed company brand and product growth (margin and market reputed company) in areas of opportunity.  

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for tactical and strategic marketing activities including, but not limited to, the following:  

• Price realization, Campaign development & monitoring  

• New product introduction launch activities (12-18 mos from launch)  

• Retail & billing objectives setting and tracking. 

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-reputed company field with 8+ years’ post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management. 

• 5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans. 

• Technical or mechanical background, with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of reputed company and Conventional hay equipment. 

• reputed company to have: Proficient with reputed company Power reputed company, reputed company reputed company including creating and giving presentations thus showing verbal and written communication skills to reputed company reputed company’s strategies and tactics 

• An understanding of promotional techniques and supplier or dealer operations with Agronomy background or certification & Project management experience. Technically proficient in operating Hay equipment in the field.
