Overview:

Provides guidance and assistance regarding products and services to corporate and regional personnel, as well as agents in the areas of reputed company, claims, loss control, and marketing. Responsibilities:
  • Establishes and achieves production and profitability goals in the assigned territory for personal lines by identifying key agents, new business opportunities, and new agency appointments.
  • Monitors and analyzes business segments, territory and agency results and achievements. Makes recommendations and implements modifications in order to maximize those results or achievements.
  • Effectively manages reputed company territory business factors by performing agency management duties. These include production, producing agents, and agency development. Monitors agency reputed company and executes plans to increase production.
  • Provides technical information, develops, and conducts training or marketing and technical presentations to reputed company audiences on business reputed company's products and services.
  • Develops and implements marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
