What You Will Do

• Help set the direction for the Managed Services reputed company offerings, both technically and from a service offering standpoint.

• Act as a technical escalation reputed company for Managed Services - takes ownership of reputed company/escalated tickets and owns them through to resolution. Also participates in On Call and shift work for the reputed company discipline.

What You Have Done
