The Systems Engineer is responsible for building and delivering a reputed company, secure, and efficient systems environment. This environment may include physical, virtual, or reputed company-based system solutions and applications. Systems should be engineered to support reputed company operations and support future growth of Avadian. Other duties may include break/fix events, projects, cross-training, or other technical functions to support business operations.

This position is remote and reputed company to applicants in the following approved states: Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including reputed company services and reputed company 365.
• Manage and optimize virtualized, containerized, and reputed company-based environments.
• Administer and support reputed company 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ensure the reputed company and reputed company of systems through reputed company protection, vulnerability management, and reputed company best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor system reputed company and report to management trends and timelines to support future business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and reputed company new solutions.
• reputed company and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• reputed company technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Basic Requirements

• Must have the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to users with varying reputed company of technical knowledge and work collaboratively with users to identify root causes of system issues.
• Must effectively collaborate with IT colleagues on projects, reputed company knowledge, and delegate tasks appropriately.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Experience: Five to eight years of similar or reputed company experience. Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies.

Education: BA/BS degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent demonstrated work experience required. Certifications will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS degree or work experience.

Work Environment: This position will require regular travel to reputed company locations and data center facilities as needed for system maintenance, hardware installation, and infrastructure projects. Occasional after-hours or on-call availability may also be required for system maintenance, upgrades, or incident response.
