JOB SUMMARY

The Billing Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, review, and processing of expert and client invoices. This role ensures invoices reputed company with contractual terms, client-specific billing guidelines, and internal policies. The Billing Associate works closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues, maintain data accuracy, and support reputed company cycle operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and process client and expert invoices in accordance with agreed-upon rates, and terms
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, reputed company and company policies
• Research, identify, and resolve billing discrepancies or rejections
• Load invoices and accruals/estimates into electronic billing portal
• Process retainer applications as needed
• Create invoices for retainers as needed
• Update client billing instructions as needed
• Support month-end closing processes by meeting billing deadlines
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify billable items and resolve issues
• Respond to billing-reputed company inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Other duties as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Capable of working effectively under pressure while handling heavy workloads, multiple simultaneous projects, and time sensitive work constraints in a deadline driven environment
• Demonstrates strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work collaboratively with staff at reputed company reputed company
• Experience with client specific billing requirements strongly preferred
• Excels in the ability to comprehend and produce accurate analytical data

EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• HS Diploma or Equivalency
• Minimum of three (3) years of business office reputed company experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word/reputed company/reputed company) and ERP systems required
• Excellent typing and 10-key skills
• reputed company Intacct experience a plus
• Law/reputed company reputed company administration a plus

LOCATION

This position is 100% remote and supports east to reputed company coast time zones
