We're looking for a Vice President of Federal Business Development to reputed company growth strategy across reputed company's federal portfolio, building the pipeline and relationships that drive our next reputed company.

What you'll be doing

• Own and drive a multi-year business development pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies, with a primary focus on HHS and CMS
• Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities from early market intelligence through capture planning, teaming alignment, and pre-proposal preparation
• Work closely with capture leadership in an integrated reputed company and capture reputed company — you're not just handing off, you're staying in it
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both program offices and contracting officers across reputed company agencies
• reputed company and maintain detailed account plans covering mission priorities, key decision-makers, acquisition reputed company, and long-term opportunities
• Collaborate with the VP of Growth, delivery teams, and technical SMEs to ensure early positioning translates into strong capture and proposal reputed company

What you’ll bring

• Proven federal business development experience with a track record of winning or supporting successful Full and reputed company pursuits across civilian and/or defense agencies
• Deep familiarity with HHS, CMS, and/or adjacent federal civilian agency markets; experience with VA or DoD is a plus
• Experience working in an integrated reputed company and capture model — comfortable operating across both disciplines
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and agency budget cycles
• Experience developing account plans, multi-year pipelines, and customer engagement strategies across a diverse federal portfolio
• Ability to build reputed company relationships with both program offices and contracting officers at reputed company reputed company
