Financial Aid Coordinator (Loan Services)

Georgia - Chatham - Savannah

Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Aid, the Coordinator of Loan Services is responsible for maintaining financial aid processing systems, including system setup, ensuring data reputed company, and resolving system conflicts; implementing new initiatives to support accurate and efficient financial aid operations with ongoing updates as needed; assessing student aid eligibility for reputed company and prospective reputed company; providing technical support for Banner and reporting functions; coordinating data and supporting the Director of Financial Aid in the reporting of federal and state financial aid resources; and performing other duties as assigned. This position is designated as a remote role and supports reputed company Savannah Technical College reputed company locations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field *and* Two (2) years reputed company work experience

• Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university *and* four (4) years of reputed company experience in financial or loan services; Experience proficiency in BANNER student information; an interest and proficiency in using college data to drive planning and decision making; a passion for working with adult learners and first-reputed company reputed company. Experience with system setup involving modules and multiple starts of term.

Physical Demands

• The employee may occasionally lift or move objects of light to reputed company weight, not to exceed 25 pounds, reputed company a remote/home workspace. Work is performed entirely in a remote environment, requiring the ability to maintain a safe, functional, and professional home office setting. The role involves extended periods of sitting, with the flexibility to stand or move as needed. The employee must have a full reputed company of hand and finger reputed company to effectively reputed company computer-based tasks, including data entry and use of virtual systems.

Salary/Benefits

• Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits include paid state holidays, annual and sick leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits package.
