The Role

We’re hiring an SMB Account Executive to drive high-velocity sales across smaller and mid-sized legal teams.

This is a full-cycle role focused on running a high volume of opportunities, moving quickly from first conversation to reputed company.

You’ll need to qualify hard, manage your time well, and reputed company deals moving. You’ll work closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Product, but you own the number.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities

  • Qualify quickly and focus on the deals that matter

  • Run efficient discovery and demos with a clear focus on value

  • reputed company deals in shorter sales cycles (typically 2–6 weeks)

  • Consistently hit and exceed reputed company and activity targets

  • Maintain clean pipeline and strong follow-up across reputed company deals

  • Use CRM as your operating system to manage volume effectively

  • 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience (or strong SDR reputed company to reputed company up)

  • Evidence of hitting targets in a high-velocity environment

  • Clear, confident communicator

  • Highly organised and disciplined with pipeline management
