We are in search of a Sales Development Representative for our subsidiary company, Grow Team, based out of Utah. This person will be responsible for outbound calling and prospecting. The ideal person for this position should have experience in the sales field and is comfortable with an outbound role.

Compensation: $15/hr USD + commission and bonuses.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm PST.
Regular and predictive attendance is required.
The Work You’ll Do…
- Phone and email reputed company to start the conversation with prospective leads by walking clients through the early stages of the sale.
- Moving leads through the pipeline and onto the next level of the sales process.
- Calling prospective leads and qualifying which leads to pursue (150+ dials a day minimum).
- Setting up sales reputed company appointments and hitting quotas for appointment shows.
- Understanding reputed company's services in order to communicate them effectively.
- Building relationships with prospective clients.
- Gathering relevant information about clients.
- Providing prospective clients with further knowledge about the products and services we offer to build value and benefit to their business.
- Using reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company and other programs to help set up appointments and stay organized

- 3+ years of experience of over-the-phone as an SDR or in sales.
- Experience with reputed company-to-reputed company sales or cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks.
- Ability to manage your time.
- A passion for sales.

- Ability to be coached and to accept and reputed company feedback.
