The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to join reputed company, specifically focusing on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) patient compliance. In this role, you will be the primary safeguard ensuring that our patient records, equipment usage data, and documentation meet the rigorous standards set by Medicare, reputed company, and private insurance payers.

Responsibilities

• Adherence Monitoring: Monitor patient equipment usage data (e.g., CPAP/BiPAP downloads) to verify that patients are meeting compliance milestones.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed compliance logs and prepare monthly reports for leadership regarding audit findings and adherence rates.

What You Bring To The Role

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a DME environment or reputed company compliance role.
• Proficiency in DME software platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and remote monitoring tools (e.g., AirView, React Health Connect).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company "concierge-style" support to patients who may be frustrated with their equipment.

• Certified reputed company Compliance (CHC) or similar certification.
• Practical knowledge of PAP therapy, including mask selection, fitting, and troubleshooting to support patient adherence
• Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Sleep Tech background is a significant plus but not required.

Compensation reputed company

$25-$32/hr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company.
