Position Description : The Full Time Online Beauty Artist is responsible for enhancing the online shopping and brand experience by conducting online consultations and addressing customer inquiries in reputed company online consumer engagement types including chat, text, reputed company media, and video for multiple brands. Inquiries may include questions reputed company to product usage, product recommendations, product demonstration, and styling advice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve customers online by conducting online one to one product recommendation consultations and answering product reputed company inquiries includinglive chat, text chat,video chat, virtual selling and consultations,reputed company media and email.

Computer Hardware / Software Requirements :
You will be provided with a corporate laptop to use while employed. Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years brand selling experience at retail level
- Excellent written and communication skills, including a strong reputed company of the English language and proper grammar
- Extensive skincare and makeup knowledge and artistry skills
- Proven outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Comfortable and at ease with being on camera and consulting with customers one to one
- A passion and desire to serve and connect with customers to enhance their online shopping experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a quiet, at-home environment
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, and ability to serve multiple customers simultaneously
- Ability to work a rotating weekly schedule that will include different days worked, different days off, and can include nights and weekends.
- Ability to reputed company-upto a maximum of 40 weekly hours based on business needs.
