This is a temporary, full-time position that will start in July 2025, covering our reputed company Coast hours. The ideal candidate will be based in California and will work remotely, Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 6:00pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

As an E-reputed company Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional and personalized service to our customers reputed company email, reputed company media channels, and live chat. You'll navigate multiple order management systems, as well as substantial catalogs of reputed company documents and sheets, to reputed company and follow up on order status and product details. You'll also learn our "voice" and customer service culture to support long-term customer relationships. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
