Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company CPC Processor Customer Support Specialist to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to reputed company medical record status. You'll also be documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors and be proficient in reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company).

Responsibilities:

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to reputed company medical record status

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company)
  • Ability to pass a background reputed company and obtain any necessary certifications or clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a reputed company or medical records setting

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or medical records software
  • Certification in medical records or a reputed company field (e.g., CPC, CMC)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
