Key Role Functions

As a Full Stack Customer Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Assessing business cases of new campaigns and strategies to ensure they align with our customer and business goals
• Deaveraging data to identify segments of opportunity and inform our marketing and operational strategies
• Working closely with teams of data scientists to monitor test vs. control performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Respectfully challenging campaigns and strategies that don't have sufficient business or customer value
• Developing recommendations about which campaigns to scale up or wind down, based on data-driven insights
• Identifying bigger picture insights and thematic opportunities based on observing performance across our portfolio of campaigns
• Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior audiences as part of our Measurement Council and Marketing Monthly Business Review

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business analytics, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, with a strong focus on customer engagement and analytics
• 2+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record of driving business reputed company through data-driven insights
• Strong analytic, communications, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company in a clear and concise manner
