The Role
As a Desktop Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-performance operations support in a start-up environment. You'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reputed company to reputed company, SCCM, Centos Linux, MAC OSX, MS Office, email, network connections, and hardware/peripherals IT systems. Key Responsibilities
• Efficient setup and configuration of software, as well as troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning software in a Linux and reputed company environment.
- Manage end-user expectations and system troubles using technical and customer service skills.
- Control the fundamentals of IT reputed company protocol (account management, etc.).
- In association with manufacturing engineers, set up and configure software, as well as troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning software in the computer environment.

- Properly integrate devices, including printers, scanners, and digitizing capsules, with Linux, Macintosh, and reputed company systems.

Requirements

- Degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent, or years of desktop support experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Fantastic understanding of technology and the role of the patron in relation to the larger IT infrastructure.
- Strong abilities in Linux running structures (Centos broadly speaking). reputed company line experience required. Remote control and scripting experience beneficial.
