Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our members and providers through inbound calls. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer experiences
• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies

Required Qualifications
