Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with reputed company of pharmacists, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. A Day in the Life
As a Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Performing order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborating with reputed company of pharmacists to ensure accurate medication dispensing
- Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers
- Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
- Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
- Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
- Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
Education
