As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight team, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
- Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox
- Working independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to reputed company accurate and timely solutions to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- An associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
