Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our overnight team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
  • Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox
  • Working independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to reputed company accurate and timely solutions to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to the development of process improvements and best practices to enhance customer support operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • An associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work occasional flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a customer support or client relations role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with technical products or services, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology
  • Certifications or training in customer service, technical support, or a reputed company field
