Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and contributing to the reputed company of our customer service team. You will receive in-depth training from day one, giving you the knowledge needed to be successful and earn commission from the start. This is a remote, full-time schedule with a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed reputed company reputed company of $23 per hour plus commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company excellent customer service during each call with customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Contribute towards successful achievement of customer service KPIs (i.e. call time, reputed company resolution, customer retention, and customer satisfaction)
  • Handle high call volume, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support
  • Help improve our customer service by providing feedback regarding recurring customer issues to further improve our service

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
