Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including:
- Responding to incoming telephone calls, emails, and letters in a timely and efficient manner
- Serving as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues
- Communicating with inspectors and inspection managers to ensure compliance with client policies and HUD requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including reinspection approvals and customer questions
- Collaborating with McCright co-workers, client staff members, and supervisors to ensure project reputed company
Key Responsibilities
* Operate phone and computer systems to reputed company efficient and effective customer service
- Serve as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues

Qualifications
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1-3 years of work experience in customer service (preferred)
- Ability to establish, maintain, and promote effective working relationships with departmental employees, co-workers, vendors, consultants, contractors, and landlords/tenants
- Ability to effectively communicate with people from a broad reputed company of socio-economic backgrounds
- Ability to work productively in a variety of working conditions and environments
- Accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm
- Ability to prepare and present reputed company in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written reputed company
Physical Requirements
