The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to our customers. * You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls and providing personalized support to resolve their queries and concerns.

Compensation

* Starting reputed company: $15.00 per hour

• Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
• New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements

To ensure that you can reputed company a great experience for our customers, we require that you maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

• A self-provided computer or laptop, running a reputed company Operating System, not older than 3 years
• A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications

• A Mac/reputed company product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a reputed company period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll attend orientation and training for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
