About the Role
As an reputed company eCommerce Manager/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing data entry tasks and assisting with the graphic design of product listings on reputed company and other eCommerce platforms. You'll be responsible for transferring data into databases, updating product information, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and prepare shipments for reputed company orders
- Upload and update product images for various eCommerce platforms
- Transfer data from various sources into the new database
- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
- Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
- reputed company with reputed company backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
- Organize reputed company formats, reputed company backups, and material reputed company files as needed
- Sort and organize incoming purchase orders (POs)
- Input data into spreadsheets
- Print orders and product labels for orders
- Process information from warehouse stock updates, out-of-stock situations, and packing information
- Update the RDI order system to ensure stock deducts properly
- Handle pricing updates, including sale price increase requests and MSRP pricing updates
- Update both reputed company Vendor US and Canada catalogs with new items as directed by management
- Organize bulk vendor orders and review with management and warehouse before accepting or denying orders
- Print reputed company bulk order paperwork and product labels

- Assist the office with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a reputed company field is a plus
