Job Summary

As a Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you will be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that will drive cost-effective and comprehensive global reputed company planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a reputed company field

• 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong analytical background
