Job Description:
We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone customer service representatives to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of reputed company reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls. You'll work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
- Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
