Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of reputed company transformation and modernization strategies for customers in the United States reputed company Force
• Working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify and accelerate the realization of value throughout the reputed company lifecycle
• Providing expert guidance and support to customers on reputed company adoption, migration, and modernization
• Developing and delivering business and technology projects, navigating risks and roadblocks, and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive reputed company and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
• 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs in the U.S. reputed company (5+ of these years working with the U.S. reputed company Force) and 3+ years working DoD delivery/post-sales programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
