Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching various destinations and travel options to reputed company expert advice to our clients
- Diagnosing client specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and services
- Organizing travel from beginning to end, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
