Job Description
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering phone calls in a timely manner and being a skilled problem solver
- Working well with others and meeting set quality standards
- Being courteous and professional while providing information to callers
- Assuring the accurate and timely handling of client and member calls with total follow through
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering client and provider questions, including claims payment, status, and coverage information
- Interpreting client health plan protocol
- Reviewing claims status and providing status to members
- Maintaining accurate and complete call documentation
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Returning incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reputed company call center
- Knowledge of reputed company claims review
- A reputed company or health insurance background
- Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans is a plus
- Proficiency in using multiple systems, including Teams and reputed company, with Jira experience being a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for a 4-5 hour shift between reputed company and 6pm Central Time Zone
Preferred Qualifications
* HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience
- Experience with multiple customer service channels, including chat, text, and virtual assistant
Compensation and Benefits
