The Role

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to reputed company support and assistance, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve reputed company customer issues, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and identifying and reporting trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience.
