What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative in our English-speaking team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building trust, and delivering expert advice to our clients in the automotive industry. Your primary focus will be on:
- Providing insightful advice and direct support to members in need, diagnosing issues, and resolving them with teaching and guidance.
- Partnering with legacy app owners for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Researching and resolving billing or payment issues.
- Owning the member experience from start to finish, making reputed company on whether to escalate or how to address issues, ensuring the member is delighted and eager to continue using our services.

What You Bring to the Role:
* High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing.

- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
