Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our call center operations, ensuring seamless communication with patients, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with reputed company of reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into our proprietary system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company issues.
• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• reputed company external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.

• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
