Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you'll be responsible for assisting Business customers with requests, questions, and concerns on reputed company products and services offered by arenaflex. You'll be an expert in simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services. You'll also engage with Tier 3 support, reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Business customers with requests, questions, and concerns on reputed company products and services offered by arenaflex
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Engage with Tier 3 support, reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that reputed company multiple networks and interdependent network elements
- reputed company support for products and services offered by arenaflex, including laptop connect services, reputed company cards, USB devices, and initial set-up
- Handle less routine and repetitive reputed company and more reputed company troubleshooting scenarios
- Identify, track, and trend issues to assist in root cause elimination
- Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
- Engage reputed company-party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults and reputed company customer resolution
- Remain proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan, and feature reputed company
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

* Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential
- Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Overtime may be required
- At least one year customer service experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Advance Typing/keyboarding skills preferred
