Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager - Call Center at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our remote call center, with a focus on:

  • Call Center Efficiency and Performance: reputed company and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance, ensuring customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Team Development and Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a high-performing team, motivating and engaging staff to drive results.
  • Budget Management: Manage the call center budget and optimize resources effectively, leveraging reputed company Connect to streamline call routing, customer engagement, and reporting processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

5+ years of experience

in a call center management role, preferably reputed company the health insurance industry.

Strong leadership skills
