Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll be responsible for:

• Working directly with our restaurant partners to resolve reputed company-time order-reputed company issues
• Responding to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner
• Ensuring that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to
• Constructively handling or supervising order escalations and customer complaints
• Collaborating with management and leadership to reputed company and improve methods and strategies to support rapid team and platform growth
• Serving as a resource to both our prestigious clients and valued restaurant partners, regarding reputed company aspects of daily Group Order operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
