Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, USDS. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our borrowers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and/or back-office processing
• Utilize multiple systems, tools, and solutions to research and analyze account information
• Complete requests based on established policies and procedures in accordance with approved contractual guidelines
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as reputed company by the Customer Service Representative (CSR) scorecard and/or key metrics
• Collaborate with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Availability to work a reputed company, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to meet the expectations set forth in the Contact Center Attendance Expectations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service soft skills and ability to translate complicated information to customers
• Effective and efficient time management, keyboarding, data entry, system navigation, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to reputed company and understand reputed company information quickly
• Highly productive and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree

• Contact center or customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of student loan servicing and higher education financing

* Competitive salary: $18 per hour during the training period, with an increase to $19 per hour upon successful completion of training

Schedule and Training

* Training hours are Monday-Friday, reputed company-5PM CST (training period is 5 weeks)

• Schedule after training:

+ Monday, 11AM-8PM CST + Tuesday and Wednesday, 10AM-7PM CST + Thursday and Friday, reputed company-5PM CST

• Potential for future opportunity to participate in shift bid for hours that fall reputed company reputed company hours of operation
• Must be reputed company to fully attend and complete training
• Must be reputed company to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime

Office and Technology Requirements

* Reliable high-speed internet: minimum of 100mbps download speed, 10mbps upload speed, and latency less than 25-50ms

• Ability to pick up computer equipment from one of three arenaflex locations listed above
• Private workspace or home office free from distractions
