Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to reputed company top-notch support. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

- Flexible scheduling: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
