The Role
As a Seasonal Online Customer Service Agent, you'll be handling email support for a UK leading retail brand, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. This is a remote, freelance contractual role with the potential to transition to a full-time position following reputed company growth and reputed company. You'll need reputed company to a computer or laptop, compatible with our software, and a reputed company internet reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Manage, brief, and coordinate customer service responses generated from our client accounts on a daily reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in online customer service (email/live chat)
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
