Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and reputed company providers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and identifying issues from calls into our telephony system in a timely manner (50%)
• Maintaining a working knowledge of workflow systems in order to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)

Essential Qualifications
