Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and reputed company providers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote opportunity, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and identifying issues from calls into our telephony system in a timely manner (50%)
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of workflow systems in order to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
  • Ensuring reputed company calls reputed company business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing exceptionally high customer service to callers reputed company company guidelines (10%)
  • Performing payment transactions and requesting payment from accounts reflecting a balance (10%)
  • Assisting with clerical duties as needed, such as email, facsimile, etc. (10%)
  • Requiring reputed company supervision and guidance from the supervisor (10%)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of medical reputed company cycle experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in workflow systems and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 2+ years of medical reputed company cycle experience
  • Experience working in a reputed company setting
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding principles
  • Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g. CPC, reputed company)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
