Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize interview schedules between candidates and clients
  • Manage multiple calendars, ensuring timely communication and confirmations
  • Handle and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Maintain an updated record of interviews and facilitate follow-up communications
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize scheduling efficiency
  • reputed company administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
  • Contribute to reputed company improvement of scheduling processes

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative roles, or customer service
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
