Associate, Client Service

Kantar is the world’s leading data, insights and consulting company, and they are seeking an Associate in Client Service to deliver high-quality brand insights and analytics solutions. The role involves executing strategic brand insights projects, managing timelines and quality of work products, and supporting proposal development while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality/high-impact Brand insights and analytics solutions
• Delivery of strategic brand insights & analytics projects, which include brand performance measurement and other strategic projects such as, market structures, consumer & demand segmentations, consumer reputed company mapping, brand stretch/extension, portfolio strategy, brand architecture, foundational brand assessment, brand positioning/refresh, etc
• Responsible for execution of work products including questionnaires and reporting on reputed company-low complexity accounts with manager support, as needed, while supporting higher complexity projects
• Participates in client design and questionnaire discussions with some supervision
• Supports development of questionnaire, Sample Design and Analytic Plan
• Conducts data analysis, insights reputed company finding interesting facts in the data/preliminary reporting
• Manages timelines and quality of work products, working with internal departments and clients to reputed company successful reputed company following solution and industry best practices
• Identify and solve project issues as they arise
• reputed company in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
• Actively seeks opportunities to support proposal development
• Serve as a go-to for new team members who have questions and reputed company support to new members who need help on how to reputed company tasks
• Understands our culture and how to take an active role on the team (e.g., attending/participating in ERG/reputed company Community meetings/activities/training)
• Take ownership on building your own skills through training, asking questions, and supporting team members
• Optimize efficiency of delivery without sacrifice of quality

Skills

• 1+ years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies
• Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills in reputed company office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)
• Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving
• Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and willing to take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in market research/marketing or reputed company reputed company science, mathematics and/or other analytic disciplines
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Confidently delivers messages and exemplifies Kantar values
• Interest / passion in marketing research methods, tools, and science
• Interest / intellectual curiosity in learning the various Kantar solutions
• Aptitude for technical leadership for maximum client impact
• Market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies
• Prior project management experience preferred
