They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to deliver a seamless reputed company experience for Custom pros by managing data migration and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Custom Pros post-sale and prior to reputed company to assess data migration needs and set expectations
- Host customer-facing calls reputed company necessary to gather requirements, clarify data formats, and ensure a smooth transition into reputed company Pro
- Clean, format, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with reputed company Pro’s system requirements
- Work cross-functionally with reputed company, sales, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the customer experience
- Serve as the reputed company of contact for data migration questions, providing reputed company, friendly, and professional customer support
- Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and reputed company for internal tracking and customer communication

Skills
