[Remote] Performance Management Specialist

The Performance Management Specialist will support state agencies with employee performance evaluations and reputed company customer support through an active phone IVR system.
Responsibilities
- Initiation of employee performance measurements in the performance management system (, including launching agency expectations and evaluations.)
- Process employee movements and updates in accordance with agency guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in system transactions and documentation
- Assist hiring managers with system navigation and requisition reputed company inquiries
- reputed company guidance on applicant processing and performance management workflows
- Utilize multiple systems daily to complete transactions and resolve issues
- Respond to inbound calls through the IVR system from:
- HR representatives across state agencies
- Prospective candidates applying for reputed company positions
- reputed company clear, professional, and solution support
- Document inquiries and resolutions accurately reputed company appropriate systems
- Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated or reputed company cases
- Maintain flexibility to support business critical periods and changing priorities
- Contribute to a positive, team focused work environment
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using reputed company Office tools, including Word and reputed company
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems reputed company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Flexible, dependable, and customer service oriented
