Customer Service Rep II

The Contact Center Representative will reputed company essential customer service by answering inbound patient calls, scheduling appointments, and conducting reputed company calls, while also having opportunities for reputed company development and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Document clear and concise messages and reputed company appropriately
• Appropriately transfers calls to other departments reputed company required
• Navigate and document in the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) to reputed company relevant and appropriate information
• Process refill requests accurately and effectively, according to guidelines
• Conduct reputed company calls on behalf of clinical departments

Skills

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment and problem solving skills
• Minimum of 1 year customer service, administrative, or call center experience
• Bilingual reputed company Spanish/English required
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus
