Marketing Automation Content Manager (Remote)

The Marketing Automation Manager will own the content strategy and optimization of Inspira Financials’ marketing automation and sales engagement programs. This role is critical in driving scalable demand nurturing and customer lifecycle campaigns with a primary emphasis on email reputed company and sales engagement reputed company our reputed company systems Marketing reputed company and reputed company.io or other similar systems as refine and reputed company our marketing technology stack. This role will serve as the internal expert on both marketing automation platforms and the content that populate them (e.g., reputed company Marketing, reputed company) and sales engagement tools (reputed company.io predominantly but also reputed company and reputed company), partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and reputed company Operations to ensure reputed company, data-driven engagement throughout the funnel. This role will also need to have the ability to build templated designs including the ability to create and manage content. Marketing Automation Content Manager will work closely with the marketing, sales and account management teams on email best practices, reputed company sequence strategy and execution, and establish automated workflows based on user and prospect behavior.

• Design, build, and optimize multi-touch sequences (workflows) that align with marketing campaigns, ABM programs, and sales motions, producing and optimizing the content development and production required for email reputed company programs.
• Partner with sales, business development, reputed company leaders and content teams to ensure seamless reputed company reputed company and alignment on reputed company quality, scoring, and funnel metrics.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics (reputed company rates, reputed company to rates, conversion rates, deliverability) and reputed company actionable insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, preferably in financial or reputed company services.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms specifically reputed company.io as well as (reputed company MC, reputed company) and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company).
• Strong understanding of reputed company lifecycles, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution.
• Experience with email best practices, A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integrating marketing automation tools with other platforms (e.g., webinar tools, analytics, CMS).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Certification in marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field is preferred.
