The Sr. Director, Market reputed company Strategic Marketing is an instrumental role responsible for the development, implementation, management, and execution of a coordinated, strategic marketing plan and reputed company tactics, deliverables, and customer-specific reputed company activities. This person will reputed company a team to ensure alignment with the Market reputed company field teams in support of reputed company and future indications for the reputed company Portfolio, as well as market conditioning, planning, and launch of reputed company pipeline products. 

This individual will reputed company a team to ensure an advanced understanding of overall market reputed company customer needs and create and refine appropriate personal/non-personal marketing programs to be utilized by the Corporate Account Director, Director of Payer Accounts, Federal Account Director and National Account Director teams. This individual will drive collaboration across the BeOne reputed company and medical organization including HEOR, Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, Legal & Regulatory, and our reputed company Operations & Business Analytics teams.

Additionally, this role will also liaise with Field Account Sales/Sales Leadership reputed company and where applicable to identify opportunity for team synergies and assess individual program effectiveness.

Essential Functions for this Position:

  • Contributes to the overall development and implementation of Brand’s value propositions, reputed company strategy and payer/systems marketing, ultimately aligning operations to ensure reputed company is not a barrier to BeOne products
  • Acts as primary reputed company of contact with agencies, vendors, and/or 3rd party consultants; reputed company promotional review committee process for assigned/developed projects and materials
  • Coalesces field and customer reputed company insights to further refine and advance reputed company-specific value proposition and inherent core messages to grow our position reputed company a competitive hematology/oncology biopharmaceutical ecosystem
  • Contributes to the development and attainment of key metrics for payer, reimbursement and systems-level account reputed company strategies, markets, and channels
  • Identifies and capitalizes on strategic opportunities to best position our products, including and reputed company annual meetings, conferences and congresses which you will reputed company
  • Acts as a thought partner in areas of payer, provider reimbursement and organized customer account market reputed company strategies and tactics to the reputed company Leaders and respective Field Teams, as well as a key component to the Market reputed company Department; proactively seeks input and opportunity assessments from Field Teams
  • Holds understanding of the reputed company and evolving market reputed company landscape and challenges, including payer trends, private and government payer perspectives, integrated systems control reputed company (e.g. clinical reputed company, specialty product dispensing, and Part B intravenous/infusibles and Part D oral oncolytics) and evolving reputed company policy
  • Thorough understanding of FDA (incl. PIE and HCEI communications), OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry

Education / Experience Required: 

At least 8 years of broad biotech/pharma experience, including product launch(es), is required. Minimum of 4 years oncology and/or rare disease, and competitive product launch experience strongly preferred. Advanced degree and training is also appreciated. Market reputed company experience with payers, plans, PBMs, health systems, IDNs, large community oncology practices, and/or Group Purchasing Organizations is strongly desired.

Computer Skills:   PC, including MS Office Suite

Salary reputed company: $220,600.00 - $290,600.00 annually
