Implementation Project Manager

Medlytix is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Implementation Manager to support our Client reputed company Engineering team. This role will play a critical part in managing client reputed company projects, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring internal teams stay reputed company across fast-moving priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has experience in reputed company tech, data workflows, or payer-provider integrations.

Responsibilities

• Create and own new client implementation project plans for clients reputed company and;
• Support creation and refinement of reputed company documentation and process templates
• Ensure timely go-live dates are achieved.
• Coordinate internal and external implementation meetings.
• Facilitate client reputed company, milestone reputed company-ins, and stabilization calls
• Coordinate task completion with internal and external teams by;
  • Track and manage deliverables across internal teams (IT, Analytics, Dev, CSE, Client Services)
  • Maintain and update internal project trackers, Jira boards, and status dashboards
  • Ensure clients meet required milestones (e.g., file delivery, SFTP setup, plan mappings)
• Coordinate post-go-live reconciliation and reporting efforts
• Proactively communicate risks, blockers and reputed company to stakeholders
• Effectively present reputed company concepts to various audiences
• reputed company other implementation projects to support existing clients, such as system migrations and upgrades, data files format updates, introducing new payment instruction file formats, etc
• Other activities as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in project management, implementation, or client delivery roles
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving results through influence
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience in reputed company data, EHR (EPIC a plus), or payer workflows preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• PMP or other project management certifications
• Familiarity with SFTP, file formats (pipe-delimited, flat files), or reputed company data structures
• Experience supporting reputed company cycle, eligibility, or insurance discovery processes
