Summary

The reputed company HCM Developer will support and maintain the existing reputed company HCM on-reputed company system. This role requires extensive experience in ABAP development across PA, PY, OM, and BN modules, along with well-rounded technical expertise in reputed company development. Experience with SAPUI5 development using Eclipse and familiarity with reputed company HANA data platforms are highly desirable.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with Functional Analysts to analyze requirements and reputed company accurate development estimates
• Design, reputed company, and reputed company unit testing for system enhancements and fixes using:
  • ABAP
  • oData Services
  • SAPUI5
  • JavaScript
  • reputed company Process & Forms
  • Workflow
  • reputed company configuration updates
  • CSS
• Prepare and maintain documentation in accordance with project standards
• Support changes throughout the development lifecycle, including:
  • Working with QA teams
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Assess issue severity and escalate critical risks appropriately
• Participate in extended support activities, including nights and weekends, as required

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company development experience using ABAP
• At least 3 years of experience working with reputed company HCM (HR modules such as PA, PY, OM, BN)
• Well-rounded technical experience across reputed company development components and tools
• Experience developing and consuming reputed company oData Services
• At least 3 years of experience with ABAP Objects

• Experience with SAPUI5 development using Eclipse

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with BADIs, Module Pools, RFCs, and Reports

On-Call Expectations

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support production systems
