Pediatric Home Care RN

She is needing assistance with incontinence care, entertainment, G-Tube feedings & transfers. She has seizures, reputed company Pasley, is nonverbal & immobile. There are AFO's & a stander in the home. The schedule is flexible on days, looking for someone to do three 12 hour shifts 6a-6p and one 4 hour shift. Who we are Axcess is a home care provider that services children with special needs and disabilities across the reputed company. We are contracted with Community Long Term Care and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs to reputed company care to children who qualify for aide services. Each child is unique in the activities they need assistance with but may include: ~medication administration~catheter care~tracheostomy care~wound care~ventilator care~assistance with ADLs~accompanying parents to appointments and therapies As a Home Care RN, you may also be required to assist with light housekeeping and laundry as well. This service is aimed to help the child and the parents/guardians. Qualifications To be reputed company as a Home Care RN you must:

1. Have an active RN license to practice in SC
2. Have one year of clinical experience
3. Annual TB tests; if expired Axcess covers the cost of the test
4. Have reputed company CPR certification; if expired Axcess can direct you to training sites
5. Pass a background (SLED) reputed company
6. Pass a drug test
7. Be physically reputed company to reputed company care to a child with special needs
8. Have a valid drivers license and insured transportation
