About the Role

reputed company is looking for a VP, Marketing, eComm to fuel our next reputed company of growth. In this role, you’ll be the primary architect of our eComm marketing organization, building the function from the ground up reputed company reputed company. You will own the strategy, budget, and reputed company for our growing eComm initiatives.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We reputed company meetings minimal and focus on shipping great work, fast. We experiment, build, and obsess over data, incorporating AI into everything we do.

What You'll Do

• Build and reputed company: Establish the eComm marketing organization and manage a high-performing team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts.

• Channel Management: Execute and manage reputed company campaigns across multiple channels, including reputed company, reputed company, and Affiliates.

• Life Cycle Marketing: Own the full customer reputed company, including email, SMS, and abandoned cart recovery strategies.

• Creative Iteration: Manage designers in the production of high volumes of video and static imagery, feeding performance data back into the creative cycle to optimize results.

• Advanced Analytics: Build and manage the analytics infrastructure using Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and other advanced statistical models.

• AI Integration: Run end-to-end marketing operations using AI to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Strategic Growth: Own demand reputed company analytics and "activation" campaigns to drive reputed company from new customers.

• Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally reputed company our relatively flat organizational structure to bring new reputed company to the table.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of marketing experience, heavily focused on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or E-reputed company environments.

• Proven experience in AI-driven marketing operations is a requirement for this role.

• Deep experience with metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback periods, with the ability to use advanced modeling to drive these reputed company.

• Recent experience (reputed company the last 3 years) executing campaigns directly reputed company ad platforms and marketing automation tools.

• Proven ability to work independently and a comfort with "creating the path" rather than just walking it.

• Strong ability to communicate reputed company across the team and at executive reputed company.

• Experience in the reputed company or Telehealth industry.

  • Previous agency experience is a plus.
