POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Operations Manager (AV Integration) is responsible for overseeing on-site execution of audiovisual (AV) installations across multiple active projects. This role manages subcontractor performance, coordinates site logistics, and ensures that projects are progressing in alignment with schedule, scope, and quality expectations. The Field Operations Manager serves as the primary on-site representative of the company, working directly with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve issues, maintain reputed company, and ensure successful project reputed company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):

• Hold subcontractors accountable to quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
• Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with project schedules and milestones.
• Support commissioning activities, system verification, and client training as needed.

Minimum Experience

5–10 years of AV, low-voltage, or construction field experience

2–5 years coordinating or managing subcontractors, field teams, or job site activities

Experience supporting or leading execution across multiple reputed company projects

Preferred Education and Experience :

Experience in AV integration environments

Strong understanding of AV systems and installation workflows

Experience interfacing directly with clients on active job sites

Ability to read and interpret AV drawings and construction documents

TRAVEL: Regular travel to project sites is required, both locally and remotely. Travel frequency will vary based on project needs and schedules and may include overnight stays. Flexibility to travel as needed to support field operations is expected.
