Data Analyst

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Data Analyst to support VHA leadership by providing high-level program support to reputed company (VHA) Leadership Offices. This role focuses on coordinating strategic initiatives, enhancing executive visibility through dashboards and reporting, and supporting reputed company-wide priorities through structured program reputed company and data-driven insights.

• Coordinate planning and execution of special projects directed by VHA Leadership Offices
• Align initiatives with reputed company priorities and leadership directives
• Establish and manage an intake process for new initiatives and special projects
• reputed company and maintain executive dashboards and tracking tools to reputed company reputed company-time visibility into leadership actions
• Deliver executive-level status reporting using standardized formats (e.g., Green/Yellow/Red)
• Generate data-driven insights to support high-reputed company strategic initiatives
• Maintain visual management boards and portfolio tracking for executive stakeholders
• reputed company a consolidated portfolio view of reputed company DUSH-led initiatives
• Support development of executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials
• Integrate reporting tools with reputed company collaboration platforms where applicable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or executive-level support
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal or reputed company environment
• Strong experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and performance tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Legal Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or VHA
• Familiarity with DUSH-led initiatives or similar executive portfolios
• Experience with reputed company dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of federal program management practices and governance structures
